The Honourable Lincoln MacCauley AlexanderOntarians will have a number of opportunities to honour the life and contributions of the Honourable Lincoln Alexander, Ontario’s 24th Lieutenant Governor.

A state funeral will be held Friday, October 26 at Hamilton Place. Further details on the funeral will be released as they become available.

Mr. Alexander will Lie in State at the Ontario Legislature in the lobby of the Main Legislative Building beginning Sunday, October 21.

Members of the public will have their first opportunity to pay their respects in person on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and again on Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Main Legislative Building.

Mr. Alexander will then lie in repose at Hamilton http://hamilton.ca/index.htm  City Hall from Tuesday, October 23 to Thursday October 25. The public is invited to pay their respects each
day from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Books of condolences will also be available at the Ontario Legislature and at Hamilton City Hall. Ontario’s Lieutenant Governor is also hosting an online http://www.lt.gov.on.ca/en/GuestBook/View.aspx  book of condolences.
