 The
Executive Committee has decided to spend some time
doing some R & R, “re-grouping”
and “re-alignment” in order to plan
out our road map and our direction for the years
to come.
We held 8 Executive Committee meetings since last
AGM in May of 2002. We worked with the City, under
the guidance of Jane Lee and Phil Homerski in finalizing
the terms of reference, the implementation of the
resolution passed by the VCC regarding the absenteeism
of executive committee meetings, and the continuation
of the budget process.
 During
the past 2 years we have worked very well under
the Corporate Secretariat Department. Although
the economic and political environment has changed,
yet the principles and values of Mundialization
remain unchanged. We have learned to operate more
efficiently, to communicate more effectively,
and to be more relevant in relating to our members,
our community and our twin cities.
